Abstract:-
Background: Institutional delivery is a child birth at recommended safe and clean place where health care professionals attend the delivery but home delivery is childbirth in non- clinical setting that takes place in residence than in health institutions and attended by unskilled traditional birth attendants. Objective: this study was to assess delivery place preferences and its predictors. Methods: A community based cross sectional study was employed. Nine kebeles and study participants were selected using simple random sampling. A total sample of 276 was used. Data were analyzed using SPS version 20. Binary and multivariable logistic regression model was used. Adjusted odds ratio with 95% CI was also used to quantify association. Result: 136(50.7%) of the mothers delivered at health institution. Partners occupation being Government worker was AOR= 3.1,( 95% CI: 1.64, 21.22), place of previous institutional delivery AOR=2, (95%CI: 1.69, 8.26), counseled to deliver at health institution AOR=2.5, (95%CI: 1.13, 4.98) showed significant positive association with delivery place preference. Conclusion: Generally, institutional delivery preference in the study area was low than recommended by MoH. Factors found to be associated with institutional delivery preferences were husband occupation, Place of previous delivery, receiving Counseling service to deliver at health institution during pregnancy.

Adolescence is a period in a young girl’s life which heralds a change – not quite a little girl, not quite a young woman. Though WHO considers adolescence as period between 10 to 20 years, the physical and emotional changes that are supposed to take place at this time start much earlier and continue to a much later age. At this age, the girls may be confused, afraid to ask about the changes taking place, may wonder what is happening, and do not know where to turn to for correct information, guidance and advice, specially in India where cultural taboos are rooted in the very fabric of the society.

Childbirth is a sweet miracle, which is experienced by majority of the women, though these instances do leave memories never to forget. The anxiety, the nervousness and emotions all swells up as the time advances for child birth. Delivering a baby comes with a lot of tension and stress. This is true for the mother to be as well for the father and at times for the whole family specially when they are expecting their first baby1

Abstract:-
The study of fish blood parameters is important for determining factors related to their physiological capacity. Blood parameters are considered path physiological indicator of all body. Fish haematology has acquired a highly useful status in fishery management and studies on Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) are very important and are known to show the nutritional status of the fish besides any pathological conditions. However reports on this parameters are again scan as it requires more blood than for most other haematological studies needed, value obtained for four species of hillstream fishes from Song river show very little difference in mean and range values.
