IMMUNOHISTOPATHOLOGY-ITS CORRELATION IN DIFFERENTCONCENTARATION OF CHEMICAL TREATMENT

Bhumi Bhatt and Dr. Ajit V Pandya C.U. Shah Science College, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.

Abstract:-

There are in vitro cultures of cells obtained directly from the organ of interest. Some cell lines become immortal through a process called transformation, which can occur spontaneously or can be chemically or virally induced. In the cytoplasm by modulation of proteins via interaction of their thiol groups with cisplatin The Avidin-Biotin complex method is a multiple-layer method that relies on the extremely high affinity between Avidin, a glycoprotein from egg white, and biotin, a vitamin.Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is the process used to localize specific antigens in tissue sections with labelled antibodies based on antigen-antibody interactions. imminohistological approach. These all figures from 3-11 shows clear relations ship between chemical modification at several level by Cisplatin and effects on apoptosis. Cells treated with 5µg Drug Cisplatin. The result was that due to the effect of drug the cells showed rounding off and apoptosis.

IDENTIFICATION OF ISOLATED ORGANISMS FROM PETROFIELDS BY GENE SEQUENCING

Preeti Sing & Dr. Ajit Pandya Department of Bio-chemistry, C.U Shah Science College, Ashram road, Ahmedabad Pacific university Udaipur – Ph D student

Abstract:-

Hydrocarbon degradation can occur with diverse varieties of microbes in nature. Different chemical compounds have shown their susceptibility to the microbial degradation. . Fungal species generally forms carcinogenic trans – diols while bacterial species generally forms cis – diols. Contaminated soil contained significantly higher amount (50 – 75 %) of gram negative bacteria having genotypes enclosing genes compared to pristine soil (0 – 12.5 %). Application of bioinformatics tools like BLAST has identified microorganism1 as Bacillus cereus, microorganism2 as Pseudoxanthomonas mexicana, microorganism3 as Halomonas daqingensis and microorganism4 as Parapusillimonas granuli. These microbes were given names accordingly from PS11 to PS14 respectively. They were assigned unique identification numbers starting from KM192258 to KM192261

COMPARATIVE EFFECTIVENESS OF SANTALUM ALBUM AND TERMINALIA CHEBULA AS NATURAL HERBAL MEDICINES :

Dr. Ajit Pandya, Alka Agrawal Department of Bio-chemistry, C.U Shah Science College, Ashram road, Ahmedabad

Abstract:-

The recent need of the world is to investigate herbal medicine from Terminalia chebula and Santalum album. The plants were dried and extracted with different solvents. The obtained extracts were tested for their Antimicrobial activity against S.typhii MTCC-733, S. aureus MTCC-96, E. coli MTCC-739, P.aeruginosa MTCC-741, B. subtilis MTCC-619, P. vulgaris MTCC-1771 and K. pneumonia MTCC-109 using agar cup diffusion method. This study confirms the antimicrobial activity of Santalum album & Terminalia chebula against Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella typhi, and Staphylococcus aureus which can work as safe and effective natural medicinal value of the phytochemicals. This study confirms the antimicrobial activity of Santalum album & Terminalia chebula against Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia which can work as safe and effective natural medicinal value of the phytochemicals.

Air Pollution and Associated Human Health Risks in Delhi: A Review

Pramod Kumar Department of Chemistry, Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi, Malviya Nagar – 110017

Abstract:-

Delhi is the capital city of India and facing alarming air pollution due to different growing sectors, i.e. industry, transport and housing. Increasing the air pollutant emissions of sulfur oxides (SOx), particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and hydrocarbons (HC) is a major concerning issue to society and authorities of Delhi. Due to increasing air pollution in Delhi, the cityÂ’s residents are facing various respiratory problems. Therefore, the present study reviews the Delhi air pollution level and associated human health and sources of air pollution. The present study could be helpful for the local authorities and society of Delhi to understand the level of air pollution and health risks and take action to control the air pollutants level.
